Return and refund policy


In case you receive a product you are unhappy with, we apologize in advance for that and hope that you will give us a second chance. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image or description of the issue within 2 days from date of delivery.

Please double check all product details, and triple check sizing details, prior to purchasing. We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding making your purchase. If there is a custom size that is not available, please reach out to us and we can help you with the same.

While we have strict quality checks in place, colour and print placements vary from piece to piece. This is often due to the nature of the fabric, our resistance to over-treating our pieces with chemicals, as well as utilizing all fabrics dyed or printed to reduce wastage.

Exchange & Refund

If you wish to return a damaged or incorrect order, we will refund your entire amount. 

However, in cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for 60 days. As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange. 
If you simply change your mind, we are terribly sorry, but we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund.

We do not offer any exchange and refund on discounted items. We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.
